Hi , my name is Ivonne Y Rosario, DOB 12/30/1972
Eight years ago I moved from Rochester NY to Florida,
I have to renew my drivers license,but there is a block, because I didn't know I have a suspension termination fee of 50.00, I spoke to someone in DMV from Rochester, they told me to pay it online , so I go ahead online to pay but that page asking me the drivers licence which I don't have since I live in Florida then click that page then comes up a blank page saying "This site can't be reached" and I keep calling and there no answer my call only machine, is there is a way to pay talking with a representative, my phone number is 727-324-**** can someone help me please, I will very appreciate a lots.

Refund on Double Payment
Good Day,
On Monday, November 14, 2022, sat the Learner's Permit Test and passed. I did my photo taking and eyes screening.
I made my payment from my Chime debit card of US$ 64.25, and a payment receipt was given to me and I signed on it.
I later realized that my Date of Birth wasn't correct.
Instead of February 6, I saw December 6.
I later informed the DMV Staff who was attending to me, and she said it was a fault from her side, and she's canceling the Process to redo.
I asked her whether I will pay another money because the fault was hers, she said no. She said she will redo the process and I will pay the same old money o earlier paid but will be refunded after a day.
I again used my Chime Debit card and paid the US$ 64.25 with expectations of being refunded the next day, which was Tuesday.
Today is Saturday, which is 5 days from the payment date, I haven't seen my refund.
How can I get my refund?
